Neal Goldman
Director
Neal Goldman has over 25 years of experience in investing and working with companies to maximize shareholder value. Since 2013, he has been the Managing Member of SAGE Capital Investments, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in independent board of director services, restructuring, strategic planning, and transformations for companies in multiple industries, including energy, technology, media, retail, gaming, and industrials. Prior to 2013, he was a Managing Director at Och-Ziff Capital Management, LP and a Founding Partner of Brigade Capital Management, LLC, which he helped to build to over $12 billion in assets under management. Mr. Goldman currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Talos Energy Inc. and Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc., and also serves on the board of directors of Mallinckrodt plc and Core Scientific, Inc. He previously served on the board of directors of Redbox Entertainment Inc., Ultra Petroleum, Midstates Petroleum, Ditech Holding Corporation (f/k/a Walter Investments Inc.), Toys R Us, Pimco Income Strategy Fund I & II, and NII Holdings. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
Robert Hull
Director

Robert (Bob) Hull is Co-Chief Executive Officer, Board Director, and Audit Committee Chair of Tailored Brands (private), a $2.7 billion men’s clothing retailer. Mr. Hull is also a Board Director and Audit Committee Chair of Mattress Firm (private), a $4.3 billion bedding retailer. He was previously a Board Director and Non-Executive Chairman of SPX FLOW (NASDAQ: FLOW), a $1.5 billion global supplier of highly specialized, engineered solutions with operations in 30 countries; and a Board Director and Audit Committee Chair of Bojangles’ (NASDAQ: BOJA), a restaurant operator and franchisor, as well as the Chair of Strategic Alternatives Sub-Committee, which lead to the sale of Bojangles’ in a take private transaction. In addition, Mr. Hull has experience with several private equity owned, start-up and non-profit boards.

Mr. Hull also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lowe’s for 14 years, during which he oversaw all finance and several non-finance functions, including procurement, administration, and loss prevention. He evolved company strategy through several market cycles and the transformation to an omni-channel company, increasing revenue 150% to $65 billion, more than doubling earnings per share and growing annual total shareholder return 3.8% faster than the S&P 500. Mr. Hull led planning and opening of Analytics and Technology office in Bangalore, India. He had extensive board interactions on a variety of topics, including strategy development and capital allocation. He effectively interacted with investment community, including activist investors.

Mr. Hull holds Accounting and Business Administration degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark King
Director

Mark King is the Chief Executive Officer of Taco Bell Corp. and is responsible for driving overall brand strategy and performance of the Taco Bell business in the U.S. and internationally. Before joining Taco Bell, Mr. King served as president of adidas North America from 2014- 2018. Under his leadership, adidas’ market share doubled in under three years and sales tripled in four years. Prior to adidas, Mr. King spent 34 years at TaylorMade, rising from a territory sales representative to president of TaylorMade in 1999 and Chief Executive Officer in 2002. During his tenure as president and Chief Executive Officer, TaylorMade became the leading and most profitable golf company in the world, catapulting the business from $300 to more than $1.85 billion in sales.

Mr. King also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the V Foundation Victory Over Cancer. He graduated from University of Wisconsin – Green Bay with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Anthony Truesdale
Director
Anthony (Tony) Truesdale is a retail industry turnaround specialist with over 35 years of merchandising and retail experience. Mr. Truesdale has served on multiple boards as Chairman of the Board and run compensation committees for several different retailers since his retirement from the role of Chief Executive Officer of Vitamin Shoppe in 2015. Mr. Truesdale started his career in the grocery industry working for Sainsbury’s as the Senior Manager of Produce giving him both domestic and overseas retail experience. Mr. Truesdale earned an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from Northeastern University.
Sean C. Thompson
Director

Sean C. Thompson is the current President and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Party City Holdco Inc. Mr. Thompson became our President and Chief Commercial Officer in November 2022. Prior to that he was named Chief Commercial Officer in September 2020 and Chief Merchandising Officer in November 2019. Before joining the Company, Mr. Thompson held various leadership roles at 7-Eleven, Inc. between 2012 to 2019, including SVP of Merchandising, SVP and Chief Customer Officer, and Vice President, Acquisition Integration. He previously served in various merchandising and consulting roles at Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT) and The Farnsworth Group. Mr. Thompson holds a B.A. in Psychology and an MBA from Indiana University.
